The Challenge

Tuskegee University College of Agriculture, Environment and Nutrition Sciences (CAENS) presented the Professional Agriculture Workers Conference (PAWC) needed professional media coverage across a 3-day event in Montgomery, Alabama, as well as a way to build excitement and keep attendees engaged throughout the conference as it unfolded.

The Solution

Provided full event coverage across all 3 days beginning with the Cultivating the Future of Organic Agriculture in the Southern US Preconference, including a tour and drone footage of Tuskegee University's organic farm. Covered the GSD Student Competition and MANRRS & GSD Student Award Banquet on Day 2. Set up and managed a Mailchimp email account for the conference, sending a recap to 70+ recipients after Day 1 to highlight key moments and build anticipation for the remainder of the event.
